So, what do you say in a blog? I'm told it's just like writing a diary...umm..?
So here are my current thoughts. I am a novice when it comes to technology. I acknowledge my deficiencies right here, but hey, I'm trying so I guess some credit for that.
Where to begin? Well, our technology activator recently sent through a quote which said " When you know better do better."
He then went on to say,
"We often wait when we don't know what to do because we've seen others do
things better. Don't let the accomplishments of others intimidate you. Do the
best you can with what you know now. You'll learn more later. You'll learn more
from doing. When you learn, then you can do better."
I was both inspired and encouraged by this.
So, back to today...
I am very grateful for my awesome colleague Philippa Isom, who has graciously given up her Saturday morning and is sitting here with me, patiently teaching me how to blog!
So now I have learnt from doing. I can tuck another technology skill under my belt. (Let's hope I can remember how to do it again next time !!:)
